I hate to give this review, but if this is going to help get the work out for me and the many other people that have this issue, then Iâm sorry. What am I supposed to do? This app doesn't work! And it hasnât worked for weeks! Iâm tired of this, and they are not fixing it and ignoring it! If I have to reload the app 20+ times, delete the app then reinstall it, contact support for them not to help me, go to comments to see if they can help, sign in and out of my account, delete some of my queues, then this app is not worth it to me if it doesnât work in the first place. Then they decided to disable the support outlet for no paid users. âReloadâ canât do that with a black screen. I have contacted support, and they donât do anything. The most disappointing part is that they donât, and havenât solved this issue. You make money off of people watching your ads, yet they wonât play. I click on the episode and the screen goes black! Unacceptable. I have been using Crunchyroll for 6 years now. Unless you are a paid member, the app is like a last resolution. Completely fine with that, you donât see Netflix doing that. The business has to support itself, therefore it needs ads, nothing you can do about it, need to pay there employees and the anime that they give to us.
